Our goal is to ensure that you are completely satisfied with your purchase.
Please read the following policy carefully to understand our process regarding returns, exchanges, and refunds.

REFUND POLICY
1. Returns & Replacements
As our products are fragrance-based, personal-use items, we are unable to accept returns once the product has been opened, used, or tampered with.
However, we do accept returns or replacements in the following cases:

You received a damaged or defective product.

You received a wrong item that differs from what you ordered.

The product was missing or incomplete in your order.
To be eligible for a return or replacement:

You must notify us within 48 hours of delivery by emailing info@saumyasoul.com or calling +91 99207 60543.

The product must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.

You must provide images or videos of the damaged/wrong item for verification.
Upon approval, we will arrange a replacement shipment or initiate the return process as applicable.
2. Refunds
Refunds are issued only in the following situations:

The ordered item is out of stock or unavailable.

The product is damaged in transit and cannot be replaced.

A cancellation request was accepted before dispatch.
Once approved, refunds will be processed to your original method of payment within 7–10 business days, depending on your payment provider’s policies.
3. Cancellations
Orders can be cancelled only before dispatch.
Once your order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled or modified.
To cancel your order, please contact our customer support team immediately at info@saumyasoul.com with your order details.
4. Non-Returnable Items
Please note that the following items are not eligible for return or refund:

Opened or used incense, dhoop sticks, or fragrance products.

Gift boxes, limited-edition collections, or promotional items.

Products purchased during discounts, sales, or special offers.
5. Shipping & Handling for Returns
If a return is approved, our team will guide you through the process.
In most cases of damaged or defective items, return shipping costs will be borne by Saumya Soul.
For any other reason not covered under this policy, shipping charges may apply.
