7. Failed Deliveries & Reattempts
If delivery fails due to incorrect address, non-availability of the recipient, or refusal to accept the package:

After repeated failed attempts, the package will be returned to our warehouse.

9. Damaged or Missing Packages

We will assess the issue and arrange a replacement or refund as per our Returns & Refund Policy.
